Coach & Founder
Some of your best thinking sounds risky because it is. That's why it matters.
Thomas is the founder and principal coach of ThomasMarc & Co. His journey through leadership, entrepreneurship, military service, and personal transformation informs a coaching approach that blends insight, structure, and profound human empathy.
Thomas Stelter’s career spans over two decades leading and advising global organizations in media, technology, and creative industries. He has served as an executive and founder, navigated complexity at scale, and built teams where performance and purpose could coexist.
His leadership philosophy was reshaped by personal adversity — a traumatic brain injury that changed not only how he worked, but how he lived. That experience became the foundation of a new way of seeing leadership: not as control, but as conscious influence; not as knowing, but as becoming.
Thomas’s work is less about providing answers and more about creating the space where better questions can emerge. His clients describe him as both mirror and guide — grounded, direct, and deeply human.
Today, Thomas works with C-suite executives, founders, and teams across industries, integrating developmental psychology, neuroscience, and narrative inquiry into his practice. His approach is both strategic and deeply personal — guiding leaders to expand awareness, act with integrity, and grow into who they’re capable of becoming.

"When I'm not working together with clients and other coaches, or creating new approaches to unique client challenges, I stand-up paddleboard on Lake Michigan, tinker with motorcycles, bake sourdough breads, read, write, hike, and enjoy travel to explore, learn, experience, and share."
