Refining or Redefining Values That No Longer Serve You

Why start with Values before creating or optimizing systems?

Systems can only serve something if that “something” is clearly felt and known.

Values become clear when we slow down, pay attention to resonance, and look at our lives with curiosity rather than performance.

Let's unpack five reflective areas to consider designed to get a better a sense of, and give language to, the values you hold closest.
